Ya know, I’m not sure how I feel about putting out fall decor in August. I know it’s all the rage right now with summer slowly transitioning into fall. It’s all over social media and has already made its grand entrance in retail stores. I get it. I am anxious for sweater weather and changing leaves too, but come January, I know I’ll be missing the sun.
I love the fall just as much as the next basic B, but as my therapist tells me, “focus on the task at hand.” Yes, embracing the present is important, but what’s the harm in prepping for the future? In minimal doses, course.
So maybe settle for the best of both worlds enjoying these last few weeks of summer, but slowly transition into fall. To do that, staple pieces are a must. For me, I love to swap out my decor every season, but I love recycling staple pieces even more. They will make an easy transition from this season to the next & save your money down the road.
Check out my favorite staple pieces to highlight your fall decor.
